He Reaches for Peaches

We've had a little peach tree in our front yard which has quietly filled the bellies of our neighborhood squirrels over the past couple of years.  Which is why, upon returning home from a week's vacation, we were quite surprised to find two fully ripe peaches clinging on to our precious little peach tree.  Andrew was an eager peach-picker and I finally had a reason to haul out my fruit-picking ladder scored from a Midwest orchard owner's yard sale a few years ago.
