Gone Fishin'
We spent a pleasant afternoon with Andrew and his classmates on the shores of a nearby lake; the climax of the Orange Room's fish study. The fish were well fed that day with frequent supply of drowning worms falling off the preschooler's hooks. Fresh catch highlights of the day included a healthy batch of seaweed and a few tree limbs. The turtles appeared amused by the shoreline spectacle as evidenced by their frequent bobbing up along the shoreline, apparently un-phased by the bobbers accidentally being lobbed at their heads. Fish (and turtles) now tremble at the sound of their classroom name.
